    I belong to LA Fitness and at my location all the stationary bikes are "Life Fitness" brand. They work great! I go to the spinning class they offer and it works wonders for my major leg muscles! I never thought my glutes could look this great!

    It does sound normal. Sometimes I experience more soreness when toning because I do higher reps. When bulking I aim for 5-8 reps. I don't think there is much difference in calories burned between workouts. You will burn more calories when you spend more time working out.
