The symptoms you are describing are classic for dry eyes. The irritation is there when it never previously existed, and I had the same exact problem. As a child would say, my eyes are always tired.
You shouldn't have to go off of Accutane just because of dry eyes. You need to buy eye drops and use them often if it really annoys you that much. The main reasons why you'd have to leave Accutane is because it's damaging your body. Dry eyes aren't really damaging your body.

None. With interchangeable lens systems, only same mount systems work with each other. Usually, the same brand mount each other. Then there are brands that use the four-thirds system and they can interchange lenses and cameras with each other.
Your camera does not have an interchangeable lens. The tutorials you are reading refer to dSLR cameras. What you have is a bridge camera, an advanced point-and-shooter. You may not be able to do everything the tutorials mention but the simpler ones may be possible with your camera.
You should not at all apply it to your waterline, for sanitation reasons, as well as the fact that the product can cause problems for your eyes.
You can get a smokey look without applying it to the rim. Just apply it to the lash line itself, the outer half, and smudge it.

dark and smudgy/ smoky eye. Its all about dark, sexy, and sultry. Its smudging eyeliner and dark shadows in your eyes. Not necessarily sure how to explain it.

I'm going to be in a play based in the 40's next month and this is the perfect makeup for it, because normally 40's makeup AND stagelights would make even the tannest person look totally ghostly with a flash of a red lip. So this is great!

This is my favorite smokey eye tutorial- it only takes 1 fluffy eyeshadow brush (you can find these brushes at any drugstore for pretty cheap) and 1 eyeshadow color.
For your coloring, a nice medium brown shade with dark brown eyeliner would make a great everyday look, but if you really wanted to make your eye color pop, try a nice deep purple shade!
