www.LeeHayward.com In part 1 of the Basic Bodybuilding Nutrition Program I covered proper nutrient intake of protein, carbohydrates, fat, and water. And the amounts of each that you should be consuming daily based on your individual needs and fitness goals. In part 2 I’m going to outline some practical ways that you can fit a healthy eating plan into your busy lifestyle. The whole idea of eating 6 well-balanced meals per day is by no means a new concept. Most of you who are reading this already have a good idea of how you should be eating. But for the majority of people the main excuse is they don’t have the time to eat properly. But this is just not the case. Eating a “junk-food” diet probably takes just as much or more time then it does to eat a healthy diet. At lunch time getting in your car and heading on over to the fast food joint, waiting in line at the drive through, and then heading back to work takes a lot more time then if you had your food prepared in advance and ready to eat. The key to successfully following a healthy bodybuilding nutrition program is planning ahead. When you cook your food always prepare for several meals. It doesn’t take any more time to cook larger quantities of food then it does to cook smaller amounts of food for just one meal. Purposely plan to have left overs that you can re-heat in the microwave, this saves time and makes it easier to have quick nutritious meals on hand.     Several errors here.

    1. The proxySet property has never existed in the JDK, so setting it to 'true' or 'false' or 'fred' does nothing. It was part of the now very defunct HotJavabean (1997) and leaked into various books.

    2. The and properties aren't part of the JDK either. I believe they are part of one of the Apache libraries.

    ok ya the private part is kinda normal, its either the baby pushing on the cervix, of pushing on nerves, but your legs?…. that seems a little odd, i think maybe you have restless leg syndome. That tends to happen alot to pregnant woman in their last trimester. Good luck!

    Do not go here! I am a student in this program. Save your money and find a better program. This is coming from a person in this program. The first semester was “so-so.” I have had a mixed experiences in this program. There have been more bad ones than good ones. LIU is mismanaged as a whole and the New Media Performance Program is badly managed. The director is a DIVA! Go get a MA or MFA in the ITP program at NYU or the Interactive Arts Program at a CUNY School in Brooklyn. Do not go here!

    lean muscle is actually a misnomer, but it really means to gain the muscle mass without adding too much size. also the weight you gain is mostly muscle and not fat.

    there is muscle that is "pumped" with water in your system that while looks large and nice…it isn't hard to the touch…this is called "water weight" and is generally what you get when you take certain "muscle building" substances…..

    OMG! What strong reactions! I actually work for a team building company but am happy to report that it really is fun and I promise we don't torture anyone. We don't do the facilitated learning type of team building. We do scavenger and treasure hunts, beach olympics type competitions, mixers and icebreakers for cocktail parties. I gaurantee that you will see it says, “not proven to prevent or aid in heart disease” yet is FDA approved to do so, our science on food is broken and if you want to learn about PROPER nutrition look up diets a cancer patient SHOULD eat, because in reality its what we should all eat, please be healthy

    Well, depending on the person who is performing the ceremony, they will handle the situation as they see fit. The minister or priest, etc. may pull you to the side or they make ask you to speak your peace.
    Expect to be confronted by the wedding party. If at all possible, talk to the person you feel is at fault before the ceremony.

    No. There's really no way to gain muscle fast. It depends on the number of sets and reps you do of weight lifting, how often, and how heavy. It also depends on your diet. Weight gainers could help but I would say just stick to a high-protein diet and workout regularly.
