I have the same problems you do – I have really oily skin, and fine lines in my undereye circles, so finding good concealers that don't settle are really hard to find!
There are actually not a lot of matte drugstore bronzers. The only ones I know of are from Jane, Physician's Formula, Rimmel, and NYC, but the NYC was recently discontinued. As for matte blushes, lots of brands like Revlon and Maybelline sell them.
