After watching your video, my practice that day was awesome. These are things I’ve known but you explain it so well. The best Trikonasana I’ve ever been in. I’ve begun to use the block between the thighs in Utkatasana as well. Thank you so much.

Would have been helpful if you wore shorts so that the actions were more visible. Maybe a profile view to illustrate the buttocks moving down. Very clearly explained. Thank you.

BOYCOTT LULU!~~!. Please don't waste your money on overpriced third world yoga clothes sold by crazy people. Lulu is not the small Candian company it once was. It's become an evil multi national yoga scam wear

You're right Tracey, maybe it is a good idea that Sarah Palin should pose nude for Playboy/Penthouse/Hustler or whatever. It would be a pretty big seller if she did one. I'm all for her doing one and hope she does pose nude for a magazine in the future. I'm 100% positive all the porn magazines out there are wanting her in their photo studio with her clothes off.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!! About Bikram, a lot of the poses are the same like triangle pose, cobra pose, and spine twists. A lot of the poses I've never done before in a yoga class but I'm not very experienced in yoga- I've only taken a few classes here and there. This website tells you all of the poses in case you know what they are!

“I think there is a niche there we need to fill.” – David, that statement says it all quite plainly.

Every child in this democracy is deserving of a decent education in a safe and productive environment. Every child. No matter if they are poor, or well to do, black, hispanic, asian, or white. Every child is not a difficult concept. All means all.

Why does this proposal make Arne a loose cannon liberal? He is simply fighting for the rights of every child. It really is that simple.

beane ball does not mean small ball, like the dude above me said. thats the opposite of beane ball.

beane ball means walking and hitting home runs.

in a 16 year old league, walking is more of the pitcher throwing 4 balls rather than a batter "drawing" a walk. so you cant really apply it there.
also, 16 year old league many home runs arent hit becuase the fields sometimes dont have fences so you can sit around and wait for the home run like in beane ball.

It's good that Politicians stick to their principles because if they didn't, then our elected officials would be wishy-washy people who governed by poll numbers. That would mean that the congress (who answers to the public every 2 years) and the senate (which serves for 6 years) would be stuck in gridlock and issues wouldn't get solved.

Then again, it's the politicians who stick to their principles who are usually opposed to compromising, which doesn't help us people that much…

Basically they are promoting non-discriminatory hiring or at least giving the impression that they are. And just a little side note, when applying for a job, the question about your race is an optional one. You do not have to answer this, however you do need to provide whether or not you are bilingual.

Please be aware that these marketing ploys come with a lot of fine print. They're a lot of pitfalls when you agree to their terms. They target the young people and those that are desperate and need relief from their debts. Don't let them trap you. If you think that you need a credit card, go to your local bank and apply for one. Not some so called bank with a p.o. box number.

I think that of all of the Ron Paul Republicans, B. J. Lawson has best shown that he is not a fringe candidate, but a strong defender of core GOP principles.

Hmm there has been some debating that Daddy Yankee copied his hit single 'Pose' from Madonnas 'Strike a Pose'…one thing is for sure, Madonna came out with this hit single 1st and both songs have the same message: 'give a pose'…people that DY copied the idea from her, but clearly DY didnt mean to…it is maybe because of the word 'Pose' that made people around the world believe DY plagiarised this song…but both songs are completely different in lyrics, rhythm and beat…therefore, we can just say the DY's 'Pose' is not plagiarism…

I'm not saying that yoga doesn't work, or this kind of meditation or stuff, but what I don't agree with is this constant ask for money in exchange for enlightenment. I meditate myself, but I don't need any money asking guru or priest !

Actually there is an even easier way to do this without the career reward. There is a hack by Squinge of Inseminator, that allows for every pose that available in the game. It is way better than the photography camera. All you have to do is click on your sim and the options are right there for you.

Here's the direct link for you. You have to join the forum to download, but it's free. The second link is one for toddler poses.
